1. Institution Registration:

- Submit the Sponsoring Institution (SI) Registration Form, which involves a tangible evaluation of institutions, by October 31, 2024.
- SI Registration Fee: $700.00 USD (valid for three years).
＊The SI registration fee should not be paid when submitting the application; it should be paid only after the application is approved by the resident training committee.

2. Program Registration:

- Submit the Residency Training Program (RTP) Registration Form, which involves an intangible evaluation of the institution, by October 31, 2024.
- No cost for RTP Registration.
